Job description
Equivalent ExperienceDescription:

The TPO plays the Product Owner (PO) role on one or more scrum teams. With a solid shared vision and understanding of the roadmap and features defined by Product Managers, the TPO ensures features are properly documented according to technical architecture and writes user stories that meet the definition of ready prior to the start of each sprint. The TPO then facilitates agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, unblocks the team by communicating with the technical lead and Product Manager, accepts stories that meet the definition of done and conducts ongoing release and sprint tracking to communicate progress to the Product Manager group.

The career path for this role may lead either to Product Management or Solutions Architecture. This is a very technical role. Experience as a Developer who then transitioned into Product Ownership and Management is highly preffered.

- Document requirements for digital products offered via online or mobile interfaces as well as those offered via API.
- Act as PO for a scrum team, facilitating estimation, communicating timelines to the Product team, and owning the delivery of features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with the QA team to streamline testing plans and automated regression testing requirements.
- Report weekly progress on feature delivery to Product Managers.
- Be an active participant in all agile ceremonies – daily standups, refinement sessions, sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Facilitate communication between the scrum team and technical architecture team to ensure development is unblocked.
