The Technical Project Manager is tasked with managing strategic projects and cross-departmental initiatives with a heavy technical focus across the organization.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Managing strategic initiatives, transformation projects, technology implementations, and various other projects internal to Relias, including leading project reviews, providing status reports, coordination of meetings, project documentation. Ensuring project remains on schedule, budget, and within scope. Identifying and managing risks and issues and working with internal teams to mitigate and escalations.
  • Leading and directing project resources across Relias, including but not limited to Business Systems, Security, IT, Finance, Product Management, Sales, Client Care, Engineering, and outside third-party organizations.
  • Defining and documenting project scope and identifying resource needs, developing detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, work tasks, and contingency plans.
  • Utilizing tools and project management best practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally.
  • Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining project management toolkits, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years in IT project/program management
  • Experience implementing large-scale technical solutions (ERP, CRM, EHR/EMR, other large scale, application integrations, etc.)
  • Experience leading senior leadership-level projects/programs
  • Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
  • Experience working with various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hyrbrid.
  • Expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Wrike or similar applications.
  • Proficient with collaboration services including MS Teams or Slack and MS Office
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle, data migration techniques, and compliance policies both security and regulatory.
  • Excellent change management and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize for oneself and others
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process, metrics, and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent execution
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data to support project decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:

  • PMP or similar certification preferred (or working towards)
  • Experience in a SaaS organization or healthcare setting
