The Technical Support Analyst will be the critical step to analyze and resolve complex issues with the operation of these autonomous vehicles. This role requires sound judgement as you apply various policies to complex cases as well as excellent communication skills over the phone, in person, and over email to everyone from internal teams to senior employees

Base/ $25 an hour // Remote with Return to office January/February

An overview of the role includes

Deliver high quality and ensure process compliance
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Analyze critical situations, their characteristics and human behavior with the help of various test simulations
Create test scenarios, work closely with engineers ensuring high quality of tests
Perform root cause analysis, suggest process improvements and improve tool efficiency
Evaluate and Identify the results, recommend changes where necessary
Perform deep dive analysis on errors and generate actionable insights
Perform day to day tasks being responsible for handling high profile, sensitive internal escalations regarding local data that comes to the queue
Meeting SLAs - Ensure defined SLAs are met at all times
Perform ad-hoc tasks/special projects - Specialists also handle special projects that require deep and careful analysis
Create test scenarios, work closely with engineers ensuring high quality of tests

Basic Qualifications for this role include

Bachelor's degree in commerce, geography, management, mathematics, science, computers or engineering or similar. A combination of work experience an education may be considered.
Technological savviness - able to quickly understand products which are technical in nature
Knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle lifecycle and sound understanding of radar, video, LiDAR and allied sensor technologies
Should have a basic knowledge of debugging
Current knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle lifecycle and radar, video, LiDAR and allied sensor technologies
Experience in experience of designing, developing, and testing perception functions/scenarios for AVs will be required
Experience with automotive systems, communication protocols such as (LAN/CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet)
Experience in working with ARM/Neon, GPU, GP-GPU

Additional preferences

Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Broad understanding of driving laws/ lane guidelines/ traffic signals. Driving experience a plus
Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions on how to make projects run more smoothly
Nice to have: working experience on any automotive simulation software.
