Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a rapidly expanding Software and Security Services organization in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. The ideal Technical Support Engineer has a knack for attention to detail and excels at solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities - Technical Support Engineer (TSE):
- Troubleshoot, solve and/or escalate issues with their technical environment as it relates to our client's software solution.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business units to seek out additional training opportunities and knowledge transfers
- The average expected caseload should be between 3-5 cases per week.
- This is a Level 2 Support Position
Requirements - Technical Support Engineer (TSE):
- At least 3 years of Windows Server troubleshooting experience working directly with business users
- Experience with Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Experience troubleshooting problems in large complex technical infrastructure environments
Compensation - Technical Support Engineer:
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
- Full comprehensive benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, etc.)
- The team currently works from home (WFH) but requires candidates to be local to Raleigh/Durham, NC, and surrounding areas for key meetings and team events.
