We have a client on the West side of Cleveland looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives to assist internal employees and customers with technical issues. This will include password resets, maintaining documentation of issues, resolutions, and assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding of teammates as it relates to system access and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal call centers
  • Triaging and resolving tickets submitted via phone, email, or ticketing system within established SLA’s
  • Provide support for operating systems and a variety of applications used internally
  • Respond to external customer questions and issues via phone, email, chat & SMS
  • Support the on-onboarding and off-boarding process of Operations teammates
  • Use, maintain, and develop new Helpdesk knowledge directory guides
  • Track, identify, and communicate issue trends with management driving customer and end user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Customer service, call center, or help desk experience
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software systems
  • Proven track record of professionalism and openness to coaching and feedback
  • Team-player and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of IVR and ACD call center system a plus!
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
