JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and present technical training courses on operation, safety, and service of our product line.
• Develop technical-based curriculum and training materials in conjunction with technical publications and service.
• Develop training programs deliverable though multimedia, classroom, and on-site presentations
• Design and build training aids to be used during training programs for manipulative skills.
• Interact with the engineering and production departments to effectively gather technical information.
• Interact with all groups within the Technical Information department to improve the quality and content of our information to our dealers and customers.
• Develop and coordinate information for dealers to properly maintain and service our products
• Become a subject matter expert for product operational and service information.
• Research and develop new technologies to ensure training is developing and growing to meet current and future requirements
• Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.

• 5 + years of technical training, service experience, or related technologies preferred.
• Ability to express ideas both verbally and in writing to individuals and large groups.
• Extensive product knowledge and/or experience in a related field are required.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, drive train, hydraulic, and electric.
• Operational experience with electronic service diagnostic tools and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Training experience and/or experience with our products preferred.
• Ability to operate various office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, projector, digital camera, and printer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve our goals
• Must be able to portray a consistent and appropriate corporate image.
• Must conduct themselves in an honest, ethical, and business manner at all times.
• Experience in technical training, service, engineering, or maintenance-related fields may be considered
• Demonstrated performance in the areas of development and presentation of technical information
• Excellent analytical, time management, and scheduling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Travel may be required (up to 10%)
