As the next Technology Support Representative, you will be assisting First Entertainment Credit Union staff in a wide variety of hardware and software installation, setup, troubleshooting, and support. You will have a keen eye for details as you assist with managing files and systems within the Credit Union’s network infrastructure. You will have a passion for troubleshooting and assisting others with informational technology challenges, as you will help complete requests within the Credit Union’s helpdesk. In addition, you will be well organized and a steadfast learner, as you will need to maintain records and continuously develop your information technology knowledge. You will help create and enhance job aids for other staff members to retain processes and workflows.
Moreover, as a Tech Support Representative at First Entertainment you will help with password support and ensure proper system access for staff. You will have the opportunity to perform data processing related to Symitar and The Federal Reserve. Most importantly, you will be challenged with the opportunity to learn and develop your IT skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year working with personal computers and telecommunications, and preferably will have worked for a Financial Institution. In addition, an education in Computer Science, such as a two-year college degree or a specialized course of study at a vocational school or equivalent certifications.
