The Telehealth RN provides a comprehensive assessment utilizing evidence-based guidelines, the nursing process, and a critical analysis of data derived from the patient and the EMR in the decision-making process to arrive at a recommendation for care - all over the phone. This position promotes wellness and informed decisions by providing health information, home care advice, and prevention concepts. The telehealth triage RN works remotely and must meet and maintain the Remote Worker standards.

Requirements:

• Nursing degree (RN); BSN preferred.

• A Registered Nurse with an active Massachusetts License and the ability to acquire New Hampshire licensure (NH license cost reimbursed by RelateCare)

• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Previous Telephonic Nursing experience preferred
• EPIC systems experience is preferred

Our Telephonic Nurse Triage program provides 24/7 access to systematic, high-quality healthcare advice with superior customer service in an efficient and personalized manner. Our team of Registered Nurses aims to identify the nature and urgency of client health care needs and determine the appropriate escalation.

Minimum Remote Working Standards

• High-Speed Internet (minimum system requirements of 20 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload speed)
• Required to plug directly into a router
• Private workspace

Possible shifts:

1:

• Every other weekend
• 2x 8.5 hour shifts
• 1x 2 hour shift per week based on organisational needs
• Alternating holiday and eve rotation (8 hr shift)

2:

• Part time evening
• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday 8 hr shift)
• Alternating holiday and eve rotation (8 hr shift)

3:

• Full time night shift (32 hours per week)
• Must be flexible to work some evenings
• Alternating weekend (Saturday and Sunday 8 hr shift)
• Alternating holiday and eve rotation (8 hr shift)

4:

• Full time evening shift (32 hours per week)
• Alternating weekend (Saturday and Sunday 8 hr shift))
• Alternating holiday and eve rotation (8 hr shift)
