We are currently looking for a Telemed Provider Success Coordinator to join the Telemedicine and Growth teams at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position may be based out of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, or San Francisco, California.
As a Telemed Provider Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our Telemed Providers are best equipped to be successful in their roles. You will serve as an advocate for the team and identify key workflows and areas for improvement to help Providers best serve their patients and support teams alike.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Your role will involve a variety of day-to-day duties as well as short and long-term project involvement. These will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with monthly tracking and documentation of Telemed Providers who qualify for the Inner Circle Perks program
- Assist with the Telemed Provider Best Practices Form/ workflow, including weekly monitoring of the Slack Telemed Provider Performance channel to evaluate effectiveness and need for edits to the form.
- Promote use of the Best Practices Form and identify barriers/ solutions to improving buy-in across all teams.
- Manage the OOO calendar/ Slack workflow, and direct providers to the appropriate sites to familiarize themselves with the Telemed Provider scheduling and OOO policies
- Monitor Telemed Provider hours and communicate with Telemed Providers that are not fulfilling their contractual obligations via Helix tasks.
- Monitor Telemed Provider call-outs and communicate concerns/ ideas for improvement with the GM of Telemed Business during regularly scheduled meetings
- Monitor and moderate the Slack telemed-provider-channel and provide the appropriate resources to assist providers with questions/ concerns
- Initiate and/or assist with the development of new Telemed Provider work-flows, including a new scheduling format as needed
- Work with Clinical Leadership to edit the provider portal as needed
- Act as and further develop ‘Concierge’ role to the high-performing telemedicine providers that meet incentive criteria
- Help to develop and create content for Telemed Provider onboardings and/or continuous learning
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or other members of the leadership team

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite/Workspace or related software with the ability to learn quickly with new software needed to grow our remote Telemed working environment.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE:

- Familiarity with the teams and roles within a healthcare organization
- Prior experience in a healthcare or tech setting as a customer success agent
- Remote working experience
COMPENSATION:
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $45,500- $54,600 (USD or CAD) plus stock options in addition to generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
