Essential Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The Holiday Installation Team Member must be able to:

  • Regularly lift and or move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally, 75 pounds
  • Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, and kneel
  • Work in weather conditions that may include: hot, cold, humid or wet climates
  • Work with, or around mechanical equipment such as: ladders, carts, dollies, lifts, and fork lifts
  • Be on time to work each day as scheduled by supervisor
  • Interact with team members and clients in a professional manner
  • Keep promises
  • Smile and choose to have a positive attitude

Classification: Temporary/Seasonal Position, Non- Exempt, eligible for overtime

Payroll Cycle: Bi-weekly, issued every other Friday

Reports to: Designated Team Leader at designated branch

Uniform Requirements: Uniform shirts will be provided by Natura for your use. You are responsible to keep your shirts laundered and presentable. You will be required to wear denim or khaki shorts or pants, and safe and comfortable shoes each day such as tennis shoes or walking boots. A jacket may be necessary when working outside. While working indoors, it is preferred that your jacket be removed in order for the uniform to be displayed. Our clients expect our staff to be uniformed and professional at all times.

Requirements: You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a driving record search. You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing jobs for delivery
  • Loading trucks for delivery
  • Tool preparation
  • Unloading boxes, truck clean up
  • Set up of décor, that may include: wreaths, trees, garlands, badges, display items, etc.
  • Exterior tree and roof top lighting
  • Decorating trees
  • Final touches!
  • Working efficiently and productively with team members
  • Ultimately the satisfaction of each client

Schedule: The schedule will be determined by the Branch Installation Manager. In general terms our installations begin on or about the 1st of November and end on or about December 10th. The package and removal phase begins on December 26th and ends on or about January 10th. These dates are subject to change based on our clients needs. Includes nights and weekends.

Pay Structure: The pay rate is different in each of our locations. The specifics of this will be discussed in the group interview presentation.
