We are currently seeking a Temporary Remote Reservations Experience Planner to share our Vision – to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experience.

The Reservations department responsible for overseeing the Experience Planning and Reservations process for guests, developing relationships with clients and offering helpful suggestions and solutions to their wellbeing planning needs. You will learn about experiential wellbeing travel and align guest intention with the spa treatments, activities, lectures and workshops to create a life changing Miraval stay.

In this position you will be trained to input guest reservations from our online system to our PMS and send confirmation materials.

• Email Communication Assignment

  The essential function of this position would be to complete emails that are in our shared Reservations and Experience planning inboxes. This will primarily pertain to Synxis Property emails.

  Remote Agent Qualifications

  Same as those outlined above but also include the following (further details in Remote Expectations document):

• High Speed internet
• At home office or space free of distraction and additional noise (pets, children, room-mates, spouses) and within 180 miles (3 hours) of a Miraval Resort.
• Daily Closing report sent to supervision qualifying production containing number of Synxis Reservations complete
