POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for sharing skills and knowledge in the sport of Tennis by leading participants in high-quality Instructional Tennis Program and providing excellent customer service to members in a safe and clean environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides clear, and easy to understand instruction for all members.
• Greets and develops friendly, professional relationships with all members.
• Document member progress in attaining instructional goals.
• Growing member participation in lessons to achieve maximum capacity.
• Remain alert and attentive to all members.
• Operates clinics and programs to increase member participation.
• Respond promptly and appropriately when rescue or first aid is necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Participates in member retention, special events and fundraising.
• Remains up to date on emergency procedures and family center policies.
• Stays current with industry trends and instructional techniques.
• All other duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of experience instructing Tennis.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be currently certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.
• Must have good communication and excellent human relation's skills.

• Must be capable of working under pressure in a somewhat disruptive environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
