Glo Resources is currently seeking a Tent Install Crew Member to work in Madison, MS 39110. The pay rate is $16-18 per hour depending on experience. Workdays are Monday-Friday 8-5, with weekend and overtime available.

Job overview:

Directly report to Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set up and take down of tents, stages, dance floors, tent flooring and lighting.

• Delivery of equipment; tent, stages, dance floors, tent flooring and lighting

• Loading and unloading of trucks

• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

• On site interaction with clients

• Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures.

• Being a team player

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to stand and be physically active for hours at a time.

• Outdoors in all weather conditions, indoors for some installations

• Some Night/ Weekend work required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred but NOT a requirement.

• Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs over significant distances.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record preferred, but not necessary.

• Some Night/Weekend Required.

• Problem Solver

• Strong Attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Construction or other outdoor field Crew leader/foreman experience

• Three months tent installation experience is a plus.

• Bi-lingual/Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
