Hard Truth Distilling Co. is the largest destination craft distillery in Indiana, set on a 325-acre, wooded campus featuring the Hard Truth distillery and rackhouse, a large restaurant, a tours and tastings center, and an expansive terraced outdoor recreational area with a stage, yard games, and more. The Restaurant at Hard Truth is looking to hire a Prep Cook.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prep menu items. Chop, season, and follow measurements.
- Work under the Chef to help in running the line, prepping for the line, and assist in making the kitchen run smoothly.
- Team up with managers and front of house staff to get meals prepped and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain the kitchen by cleaning, stocking, and rotating.

Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate quickly and professionally with staff, customers, and management.
