We are seeking a Therapeutic Assistant to join our team to support our therapeutic staff. The therapy assistant will join a team of therapeutic professionals including a licensed social worker, occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 to 1:3 support to clients in our program.
- Daily participation in individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assist in ensuring our clients daily needs are met, including toileting and eating.
- Assist with daily data collection.
- Assist with meal prep and clean up for lunch time and snack.
- Assist in therapy room and lesson preparation
- Assist with front desk receptionist duties as needed
- Collaborate with therapists on team intervention plans, behavior and sensory strategies, and daily activities.
- Participate in program development tasks as needed
- Participate in mentorship meetings with therapist type of your choice!
Requirements
- Associates degree required.
- Bachelors degree preferred
