Events Management Sr Associate
The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting planning and execution of the logistics and attendee experience for both internal and external events and conferences. This person works under the direction of the Lead Planner and the Event Manager to execute exceptional client events and internal events.

The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting planning and execution of the logistics and attendee experience for both internal and external events and conferences. This person works under the direction of the Lead Planner and the Event Manager to execute exceptional client events and internal events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of logistics and attendee experience for events.
- Personally, manages smaller events and supports events managed by other team members.
- Demonstrates a dedication to delivering a positive experience for attendees, business partners and team members.
- Engages in all aspects of event planning and execution, including onsite management.
- Dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload.
- Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels.
- Prioritizes success metrics/KPIs and ensures all relevant data is captured and shared with measurement team.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
