• Provides all guests with a positive first impression of the Columbus Civic Center by offering superior, individualized guest service.
• Accurately operate the Ticket Master computer ticketing system to sell tickets to events. Handles cash responsibly and accurately. Provides superior customer service to all internal clients.
• Communicates positively with guest to establish their needs efficiently and courteously. Problem solve by effectively communicating with guests to locate and deliver will-call/guest list tickets.
• Carries out a continuous effort to improve operations, work processes; and works cooperatively and jointly to provide continuous improvement and customer-driven service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
