Please Note: Compensation for this role will initially be based on a commission of the sales earned by the digital marketer for the business. Candidates with a track record of working with brands, going viral on TikTok, or have a proven track record of generating online sales or engagement are most likely to succeed in the role. Bazar Enterprises is seeking a Content Marketer, specifically for a viral medium like TikTok, to help us grow the online presence of our direct-to-consumer retail marketplace! Your primary responsibility will be to grow the social media community, app installations, and gross merchandise volume for our flagship marketplace. We are looking for a social media content marketer with a proven history of driving views, engagement, and ideally sales.Experience negotiating brand deals and working with affiliate marketing programs is a plus. The ideal candidate drives consistent engagement to their social media profile and would be the first influencer to market Bazar. Find our platform at bazar.earth/download. The ideal candidate is 25-35 year old urban professional with an interest in fashion, skincare, pets, the environment, and wellness. The candidate should be a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will strategize new marketing campaigns and contribute to growing App-Installs and Gross Merchandise Volume. You will work directly with the Founder to manage different projects and provide support for advertising campaigns. We are seeking a result-driven marketer that can reach and connect to an audience through social media and brand affiliations.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop relevant social media content on TikTok and Instagram. With the intention of driving impressions, app-installs, sales, and virality
• Contribute to and Coordinate Marketing Campaigns
• Helping curate the merchandise selection in the application depending on targeted audiences
• Develop relationships with relevant influencers and brands
• Grow App Install and Gross Merchandise Volume using cost-effective strategies
• Report marketing activity and product improvement insights

Qualifications

• A minimum of 50,000 TikTok followers or 100,000 likes or a drive to get there
• Relevant work experience in marketing field or experience producing short-form content
• Experience bringing mobile applications to market or e-commerce brands to market is a big plus
• Experience working with Shopify brands or building a Shopify brand yourself with a proven ability to generate sales
• Experience developing UGC content for brands
• Experience producing Controversial, Funny, or Viral TikToks

Compensation

• You will be entitled to a commission on each sale made through the platform. Think of this as Amazon Affiliates except you will be the sole marketer for an entire marketplace platform. We will grow our affiliate marketing program from here.
• Subject to skill, experience, and ability to contribute to the growth of the brand

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
