Job description
Our company is hiring a Recruitment Manager to assist with a variety of administrative tasks, onboard new hires and conduct new team member orientation and training. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and employee selection to ensure that the best candidates are hired. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for organizing and running interviews, and then documenting the results. Additionally, he or she will faciliate all onboarding, orientation and new team member training. The ideal candidate will have experience with recruitment and background checks, and will be proficient in creating employment contracts and conducting exit interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state laws, as well as company policies.
- Communicate effectively with managers within the organization
- Train new hires on procedures; conduct new hire performance reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
