Responsibilities as a CNA
- Provide excellent, safe services in care and treatment including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing, and moving residents from area to area
- Wake up residents, assist with morning grooming and move resident to dining room as needed
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents
- Assist the RN, LPN/LVN and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents
- Recognize emergency situations and implement appropriate emergency procedures per care center policy
- Observe, report, and document any changes in patient status
- Assists patient with prescribed exercises as necessary
- Maintains a culture of safety and quality

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Proof of TB test
- Dedicated, passionate, and can find meaning in helping others
- At least 18 years old or older
- Able to undergo a criminal background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more as needed
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
