Job description

The Training Instructor position is assigned to work in Bulloch Candler Service Center, a Day Program setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist with Community Access Group Services and Respite Services. Observes and monitors individual's behavior and charts observations and incidents. Provides training to adults with an intellectual developmental disability and/or co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders. Assist with providing transportation, and/or limited case management.

Entry Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, Valid State of Georgia Driver's License, an acceptable MVR, a clean Criminal History, a negative drug screening and must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications: one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR an Associate degree in a related field OR one year experience at the lower or position equivalent.

Pay: $2,026.83 - $2,497.80 per month
