Job description
Provides assistance in the coordination of; headcount occupancy planning, portfolio planning, data management and report building to support overall portfolio planning for the client. Prepares and presents detailed and multifaceted modeling and analysis, leveraging data visualization to help clients strategize, assess, and implement occupancy needs. This is client-facing role that may present information and be available for questions at client meetings and presentations. It involves shaping processes, strategies and problem solving around implementation of Hybrid Work in the portfolio. Supports Transaction team in coordinating stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through subleasing, early lease termination, and more. Must be a self-starter with ability to work independent of constant supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
Drafts and creates a large variety of detailed analysis and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, costs over time, cost-benefits, headcount projections, building utilization, etc
Incorporates data from multiple sources to generate monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in project reporting for Portfolio Planning and Transaction Management teams.
Assists with the coordination of transaction activity and accounting for savings results achieved on behalf of clients. This also includes financial analysis of proposed lease terms, and accuracy of lease data including critical dates and square footage information
Prepares and presents financial analysis results for Portfolio Planning and Transaction Management projects. Understands how to calculate book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides assistance and oversight such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real Estate Salesperson license preferred. corporate preferred
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information and answer questions regarding it in real time.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Adaptability to ongoing change, changes in direction, and continual unexpected growth of the client account is critical to this position
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills. Familiarity with PowerBI. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
