Transportation Program Specialist
Job description
The Transportation Specialist is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of company vehicles, crew equipment and all production related items. The right candidate for this job will have knowledge of the transportation industry and be responsible for preparing all upcoming deliveries, monitoring the status of in-transit vehicles, and delivering items in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a vehicle in a safe manner to deliver shipments and move people safely.
- Maintain appropriate log books relating to shipments and trips.
- Stay in contact with dispatch.
- Drive to the point of supply or pick-up.
- Care for vehicle and driving equipment.
- Haul an array of different sized packages or vehicles from one point to another.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.17 per hour
