Job Title: Travel and Expense Administrator

Department: Corporate Accounting

Location: Remote

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Assistant Controller

Status: Full-time

Position Summary

Manages the Travel and Expense program including T&E cards and all tools used from booking to expense reconciliation. Works cross-functionally with other groups, serving as the escalation point on Travel matters, compliance monitoring, and reporting. Manages work with a keen eye for and understanding of how to support and drive process improvements, streamline existing processes/tasks, and monitor compliance. Brings a customer service approach to resolving issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform system and user maintenance in Concur
  • Prepare month-end accruals for T&E related expenses
  • Review of expense reports, travel requests, and travel advances
  • Manage T&E mailbox
  • Assist employees with inquiries and resolution of T&E and credit card maintenance requests
  • Prepare data requests related to T&E business activities as needed
  • Integrate legacy T&E platforms into current process
  • Ensure policy compliance and monitor aging of unsubmitted expense reports
  • Execute special projects with minimal supervision and drive results to timely completion
  • Support the team in automating reports and other tasks
  • Implement and support best practices
  • Ability to cross-train within the team on specified tasks and processes

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements

Experience Required:

  • Three or more years of accounting and T&E experience, including use of Concur

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required

  • Regular weekly schedule; weekends or holidays as needed
