Care Initiatives is now hiring a Travel Director of Nursing to join our clinical leadership team.

Purpose of Position:
This full-time salaried travel role will serve as Interim Director of Nursing as needed at our Iowa skilled nursing facility locations, support Regional Director of Clinical Services, help with new hire orientation and onboarding along with mock surveys. With over 40 Iowa locations in Iowa, flexibility with travel and overnight stays is a must.

Qualified candidates will have RN license in good standing and 3+ years of DON experience in a skilled nursing facility. If you have a passion for quality patient care, strong problem solving skills, and enjoy working with a variety of people - this is a great opportunity for you!
