Requirements:

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform planned maintenance on restaurant equipment
• Basic repairs
• Basic carpentry skills
• Filtering oil fryers
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Additional Info:

• Must have own transportation
• Must be willing to travel between restaurants (Greatest distance 60 miles between Oakville and Potosi)
• Must be available some weekends
