Position Summary:

Responsible for adhering to accounting policies and procedures involving treasury management, cash position reporting, intercompany accounting and leases. Under general direction, is responsible for processing bank transactions, intercompany reconciliations and tracking and reportin leases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for weekly and monthly cash position reporting.
• Assist with preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Responsible for managing and reconciling intercompany accounts.
• Responsible for processing and upload EFT and positive pay to the bank.
• Investigate and respond timely to banking exceptions.
• Responsible for posting daily cash receipts.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting leases aligned with IFRS 16 including monthly journal entries.
• Manage credit card accounts and complete monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain department desk procedures and process flow documents.
• Assists management with ad-hoc requests, including special projects and initiatives.
• Observes and complies with all safety rules.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior related work experience.
• Willingness to work the hours needed to complete and deliver tasks on committed deadline dates.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide quality work in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills required.
• Must be able to perform effectively under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work individually and in a team.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred.
• Technically sufficient in US GAAP; exposure to IFRS a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• CTP certification a plus.
