We service commercial clients and residential owners throughout Central Florida, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orlando, and surrounding areas. We are experts at tree trimming, canopy reduction, palm pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, and storm response. We are in search of an experienced Tree Climber/Cutter to join our team, someone who takes safety seriously that performs with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. Must have a proven history of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Trims and/or removes trees by climbing with the aid of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, powered trimmer lift truck, or works from the ground using saws/pruners.
• Palm Pruning.
• Use climbing spikes.
• Knowledge Rigging techniques.
• Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a wood chipper
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and use the proper personal protection equipment (PPE)
• Help clean and maintain all equipment, trailers and vehicles
• Evaluate equipment problems and report them to mechanics and supervisor(s).
• Help in emergency situations as needed.
• Perform flagging duties as needed for safety.
• Helps enforce on-the-job safety practices for crew members.
• Speaks English and Spanish to communicate with management and coworkers in order to follow instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tree Climbing: 1 year.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License (Required)
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds.
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
