The UKG/Dimensions Payroll Systems Manager is an exciting new role at Curative that will drive the optimization of the newly implemented UKG Payroll and WFD (Workforce Dimensions) HR systems. As UKG/Dimensions Payroll Systems Manager, you will be the functional & technical expert in UKG Payroll and WFD (Workforce Dimensions). Your role will be to drive the resolution of implementation issues and then focus on the optimization of UKG, which was recently launched in January of 2022. You will manage/hire a UKG Analyst and partner with Payroll, our existing HRIS Team and our consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Drive:
- Implement - Finalizes the functional design, technical configuration and support model of our UKG Payroll and WFD (Workforce Dimensions) modules
- Resolve - Leads the Payroll and WFD Team through the post Go Live issue list
- Optimize - Enhances and improves the UKG modules and processes into a World Class system
- Interact - Partners with business customers, including HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance, Recruiting, Labor Planning, Scheduling, IT, Finance, L&D, HR Operations, On-Boarding, Total Rewards, Payroll and others, to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate - Converts business needs to UKG system configuration and optimization.
- Train - Partners with Learning and Development team to train users and administrators
- Comply - Ensures system compliance with data, systems security and privacy requirements.
- Maintain - Remain current regarding trends and developments in data management and security, HR & Payroll Technology and Systems.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience with UKG Payroll and Kronos Workforce Dimensions
- REQUIRED: 3-5+ years of experience managing and developing an HRIS analyst
- REQUIRED: Excitement when working at a fast moving, startup environment
- REQUIRED: A positive, "can do" attitude when working with teams where ownership lines could be blurry as we push our team forward
- 5-10 years of experience within Payroll and Timekeeping Technology (preferably within HR/Payroll Operations, a Shared Service Center or Payroll/HR Technology) or Consulting.
