Partner with the best

You will own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases.

As an Upstream Chemicals Technical Support, you will be responsible for:

· Supporting customers with technical challenges and chemical applications including integrity management, flow assurance and production optimization.

· Managing field-oriented projects.

· Looking after occasional projects within a lab setting.

· Working together with senior leadership team from the business and Specifying needs.

· Communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of projects.

· Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing the right actions.

· Handling diverse clients in a region.

· Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years’ experience or high school degree with 5 years’ experience.

· Have minimum 3 years’ experience in Technical Support for upstream chemicals in Oil & Gas environment.

· Have experience in customer interaction.

· Have extensive experience in Services.

Desired characteristics:

· Have a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree preferred.
