Title: Wet Utility Positions Including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, Operators, and Laborers
Type: Full Time, Exempt

As a successful contracting business, we are currently building a division to install wet utilities and one of the steps in our continued growth is getting experienced wet utility personnel on board. The ideal candidates will possess extremely high technical knowledge for installing wet utilities, managing crews and client correspondence, running equipment, coordinating material and equipment deliveries, and supervising field employees. Role responsibilities vary depending on the position you are applying for.

Responsibilities (Vary Depending on Position):
- Manage installation process of wet utilities (water, sewer, and storm drain) on projects throughout Metro DC Region
- Execute installation process in the field.
- Ensure job site safety
- Help develop processes and procedures specific to installing wet utilities
- Manage quality control and production
- Client communication and change order negotiation.
- Train team members as needed in a hands-on manner
- Review daily job tickets from supervisors for accuracy
- Coordinate with utility provider agency for inspections
- Attend inspections
- Manage daily procedures so that the crew is prepared for the work the next day
- Managing multiple jobs at a give time
- Coordinating material and equipment deliveries.
Required Qualifications (Vary Depending on Position):
- At minimum 2-5 years of experience with wet and/or dry utility projects
- Operator skills: backhoe and excavator
- Must possess extremely high technical knowledge for installing wet utilities including having the ability and knowledge to tap into mains
- Ability to read and understand plans
- General understanding of construction
- Must have strong leadership skills and working experience managing a crew
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
