Laborer (Utility Crew)

About the role

We are looking for a Laborer (Utility Crew) to provide general manual labor activities to our Boron Operations site.

This role is a great opportunity to operate within a chemical process and be a member of a great team. Reporting to the Maintenance & Services Supervisor at our Boron Operations, you will be:

• Utilize small tools such as picks, axes, shovels, pinch bars, sledgehammers, brooms, etc., and operate bobcats, forklifts, sweepers, condors, scissors lifts, and jackhammers to accomplish general cleanup of equipment and facilities.
• Load and unload railroad cars or trucks.
• Provide manual labor to set up and move offices, including lifting and transporting furniture, equipment, and other items and hang pictures and shelves.
• Assist in general construction, cement work, painting, insulation, and production, as needed.
• Follow HSEQ safety standards and working procedures

What you will bring

• Must be able to read, write, and do basic arithmetic
• Drivers License

• Candidates’ may be tested on the above from a practical as well in the field to gauge their understanding of each
