Karat Packaging (Nasdaq symbol ‘KRT’) by Lollicup USA, Inc, headquartered in Chino, CA is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, and WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

· Load/ unload materials and assist with machine set up

· Operate packing sealer and perform random check on the products before going to the sealer

· Clean and prepare containers/boxes for packing

· Load, stack, pile and pack finished goods following a specific set of instructions

· Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them in specific area as instructed

· Move completed products for inventory count

· Fill out the production log sheet (i.e., inventory, production count and/or lot #, etc.)

· And other production-related tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

· Must be personable, articulate, knowledgeable & professional

· Good punctuality is a MUST

· Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

· Perform basic visual quality inspections on products

· Maintain the production pace of other team members

· Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties

· May be required to stand for 12 hours

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Must be a team player with a positive attitude

· Must be able to take direction

SCHEDULE: Both Day shifts and Night shifts are Available Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

COMPENSATION:

Up to $16.00 an hour + Health/Dental/Vision benefits after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
