Role: UX Architect/ Designer
Remote
Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2

• Most of the application will be like traditional enterprise applications, which are lots of fields, forms, data tables, etc.
• The products are cloud based products.
• They should be able to have both transformational design thinking and evolutionary design thinking.

Job Title: UX Architect/ Designer

Be part of key initiatives that’s creating user centered designs for enterprise grade applications for a leading healthcare and pharmacy provider. Using agile and lean design principles, work collaboratively through pairing (leveraging eXtreme Programming principles) to evolve and transform key applications. Ability to make a mark as the organization is transforming and modernizing various products and applications to continue its leading position.

Responsibilities of the UX Product Designer include:

• Using User Centered design principles evolve and transform existing and new enterprise applications
• Utilize a lean/iterative mindset, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, be willing to adapt and experiment
• Perform as a full desk designer, assist with all aspect of product research, usability evaluation, information architecture, wireframes, and design
• Through pairing, work with various disciplines, which includes other designers, product managers, business users, and engineers

Required Skills for UX Product Designer:

• 5+ years professional experience as a UX Architect or Product Designer role.
• Experience with user centered design in an enterprise application/product environment
• Be able to move from research to architecture to design (although you don’t have to be expert on the UX components) with ease
• Working experience with agile and lean design principles (XP is ideal)
• Experienced working closely with business users and leaders guiding them on user centered design, leading product design decisions from research through implementation
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills along with a strong work ethic
