What you will do:

  • Analyze data, research, design, and strategy artifacts to identify opportunities while keeping a human-centered mindset at the forefront
  • Identify and track quantitative and qualitative measures of success
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis and/or market research to highlight customer insights as well as disruptive or innovative opportunities
  • Assist with quantitative and qualitative data synthesis
  • Assist with various brainstorming and/or design thinking workshops
  • Collaborate with UX Designers on brainstorming and ideation (e.g., schematics, flows, and wireframes)

What you need:

  • A portfolio showcasing your experiences in XD strategy
  • Comfortability handling ambiguity during exploration and discovery
  • Strong understanding of user research and design thinking
  • Highly collaborative with multi-disciplinary roles and team-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to operate independently
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Humility and openness to creative direction (we work collaboratively as a team)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Service Design, UX Design, Anthropology

  • Competency in Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite

This position is an exempt position.

For individuals hired to work in New York, Credera is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of New York and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual's relevant experience for the role. A reasonable estimate of the range is $128,000 - $154,000.
