Vacation Rental Cleaners are needed to service Lido and Siesta Keys! Upscale properties with the best views in town. Do you naturally have high attention to detail? Are you looking for a weekend side job or extra income? Then apply and join our growing team of turnover and cleaning enthusiasts!

This is Saturdays only part-time independent contractor (1099) position.

• Must have your own reliable transportation and a cell phone.
• Must be HIGHLY reliable and punctual!
• High attention to detail is a MUST!
• Must have a valid driver's license and social security number.
• Must have fluent written and verbal English.
• Must submit a background check.

We are seeking Turnover Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning and setting up a vacation rental property for arriving guests. We provide all supplies and equipment as well as a detailed checklist for each location. You will be in a group of 3-5 technicians depending on the size of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties include but are not limited to making beds, staging, restocking, mopping/vacuuming floors, scrubbing/cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, detailing, dusting, wiping baseboards/countertops/ceiling fans/furniture, and sanitizing all touch areas.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties as needed
• Stage properties according to checklists and photos (provided by the company)
• Perform routine checks for damages/issues, and report to your assigned Lead.
• Maintain properties' supply closets in orderly condition.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or residential cleaning of at least 6 months preferred
• Knowledge of janitorial cleaning supplies (how and where to use them safely and efficiently) desired
• Ability to handle physical workload, including scrubbing, standing, walking, carrying
• A reasonable level of fitness is required, we work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• High level of accountability
• Able to manage time effectively and self-disciplined
• The highest attention to detail
• Ability to work both alone and in a team environment
