Perfect Communications is looking for a Variable Data Programmer/Mail Specialist to join our growing team. Position requires an individual that has experience with the setting up client files for digital reproduction with variable data. Experience with FusionPro or Quadient Inspire platforms is required. The perfect candidate will also have experience with managing and processing mailing lists using BCC software. Hybrid remote work is available. Responsibilities

• Program variable data information to be reflected in printed outputs using Excel, Adobe InDesign, and FusionPro software applications. Ensure accuracy based on client and internal instructions
• Knowledge of Pre-Press Functions
• Analyze imaging programs to ensure accuracy of setup and compliance with personalization instruction
• Process mailings in the most cost-effective manner based on USPS regulations including CASS Certification, (NCOA), and typical postal forms

Requirements

• Ability to interact with customers and fellow employees and respond to questions based on their mailing needs.Create data reports showing variable data outputs by various categories including demographic
• Complete and provide accurate postage statements for presentation at BMEU's.

Experience

• Knowledge of printing and distribution processes
• Experience using FusionPro or Quadient Inspire
• Experience using BCC or similar mailing software
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite of products
• Advanced MS Excel and database skills including the creation and use of pivot tables, graphs, charts, and tables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
