Title: Vehicle Patrol Officer

Reports To: Supervisor

Location: Bradenton, FL

Time: 7pm-5am (Weekdays and weekends)

Compensation: $15.50 Hourly

Supervises: None

Position Summary:

A Signal 88 Patrol Officer will conduct patrols, Foot and Vehicle based, on strip malls and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

· Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business.Can you complete your daily assigned tasks and communicate maintenance needs of company assets?

Responsibilities:

· Will conduct and deliver mobile security services that reflect the company’s values and expectations.

· Will write detailed and accurate reports for each patrol that serves Client needs and concerns.

· Promptly report any information that may impact the relationship of the Client to his/her direct supervisor, the Lead Patrol Officer or the Patrol Supervisor.

· Responsible for the care of vehicle assigned during shift including fueling, washing, and inspecting.

· Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by management team such as time on property, patrol completion, and task execution.

· Communicate with direct Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through daily huddles, such as the Client needs through post orders to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background investigation
• Pass drug test
• Good driving record
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members
• Ability to conform to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems
• Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, add value and continuously improve
• Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds'

Vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected before and after every shift, masks are a requirement when communicating with others, hand sanitizer is provided to maintain high hygiene standards.
