Job description
Receiving, processing, documenting, photographing, and storing vehicles in the storage lot. Escorts wrecker operators to drop/pick up vehicles to/from a holding stall. Operate standard and automatic shift vehicles. Perform mass inventory of vehicles periodically.
Job Duties:
- Data entry duties, and forklift (certification not required)
- Assists customers
- Drive and operates a Class A Wrecker, forklift, or other authorized equipment
- Escorts owners to vehicles to retrieve property.
- Verify information on tow-in-tickets
- File and maintains records of vehicles using various computer applications.
- Collect and process payments for wrecker bills, storage, and administrative fees.
- Performs general housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cash as needed
- Performs additional functions as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have data entry and customer service experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must pass the police background check and drug screening
Shifts:
Monday – Sunday, Rotating shifts, and days off
Shift: 8am-4pm
