You will be caring for patients, taking and recording vital signs, preparing vaccines, performing lab tests, filling prescription, getting pets ready for surgery and doing cleaning/laundry among other tasks. You will be creating a positive experience for our patients with lots of treats and affection.

We have fun every day. We all love animals and every one of our staff truly enjoys them. We take time to take pet pictures in silly hats and appropriately love on the cats and dogs (and puppies and kittens!) that are the reason this job is not only worthwhile but extremely fulfilling.

This position requires the ability to lift and move 40 pounds by yourself (100 pounds assisted), standing for long periods, kneeling, bending, crouching and using various cleaning products/disinfectants. You must have a clean, professional appearance and be punctual and responsible. We are a non-smoking campus.

Schedule is flexible—ranges from 16 to 40 hours per week—3 Saturdays per month are required (from 8:45 to 1 pm). Benefits: employee discount and scrub allowance after 90 day probationary period. PTO after 12 months.

Wages DOE-CVT applicants would be eligible for higher rates.
