Position Summary
The Vice President will be responsible for developing and architecting transformation programs based on analytics for clients utilizing payer and provider advisory services, risk management techniques, population health needs to help our customers drive performance, growth, and efficiency. This position will act as a subject matter expert for driving health system transformation through strategic initiatives and managed analytics.

Position Summary
The Vice President will be responsible for developing and architecting transformation programs based on analytics for clients utilizing payer and provider advisory services, risk management techniques, population health needs to help our customers drive performance, growth, and efficiency. This position will act as a subject matter expert for driving health system transformation through strategic initiatives and managed analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of managed analytics programs to meet emerging customer needs
- Develop sales and marketing materials, economic models and definitions of scope as required and in conjunction with stakeholders in delivery, product, and other teams
- Build executive performance and operational dashboards to provide visibility and access to key metrics, define targets for KPIs, and track progress against targets
- Build and manage healthcare tools, savings methodologies, and reporting
- Responsible for incorporating new data sources, predictive modeling, and application of visualization tools
- Build and own relationships with clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, health informatics, statistics, mathematics finance, epidemiology, or a related field required
- 10+ years of experience at the Strategy, VP level or above within a large health care provider organization with significant responsibility for the development, deployment, and utilization of payer and provider analytics
- 7+ years of experience managing a professional services team, with proven success to mentor, guide, develop and grow the team
- Develop robust set of channels and relationships to drive internal and external growth of business
- Deep experience in analytics in healthcare- key driving forces, emerging trends, biggest needs for healthcare stakeholders
- Expertise in analytical methodologies and algorithms
- Understands analytics functions perform, what are the capabilities, what works and what does not, processes and models
- Understand how to sell managed analytics with organizations moving into value-based care
- Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing
