How You'll Make a Difference:

The Vice President of Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence Innovation is responsible for Leading the Business Intelligence team, developing and implementing analytics and business intelligence services and strategies to support our value-based care population health company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in population health, Medicare and Medicaid programs, analytics, data management, business intelligence, and experience leading a team of data professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence strategies to support our value-based care population health initiatives.
• Lead a team of analysts and developers, including data scientists, business intelligence analysts, and data engineers, to develop insights that inform our care delivery strategies to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in healthcare analytics and business intelligence and apply them to our organization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to help them grow and achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare informatics, data science, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data management, and business intelligence.
• 5-10+ years in Medicare and Medicaid-oriented population healthcare environments, including care delivery metrics, Risk Adjustment Factor Scores, HEDIS Measures, Claims reconciliation, Medical billing and coding, HER & HIN feeds
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a small team of data professionals.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and business intelligence tools and technologies, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Tableau, AWS services
• The ability to effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions.
• Great communication skills
