The Vice President of Supply Chain will report to the CFO and have direct responsibility overseeing all applicable Supply Chain, Procurement, and Demand Planning for the company. The role is responsible for establishing strategic plans regarding inbound and outbound logistics across multiple locations and entities within the company. The position is also responsible for all procurement activities.
Essential Duties:
- Lead the supply chain, procurement and material planning strategy and execution for the company.
- Set strategies and plans for effective inbound and outbound logistics and warehousing of product and material across multiple locations and entities.
- Responsible for companywide procurement by ensuring selection processes, negotiations, supplier due diligence, order processing, and compliance is managed effectively.
- Establish targets and metrics to measure goals and expectations in alignment with business operations and finance.
- Forecast needs of materials and services in alignment with business objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Champion continuous review and modification of the supply chain and procurement procedures to enhance accuracy and completeness along with eliminating rework.
- Lead a team including goal setting, performance management, development, and other responsibilities aligned with people management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could lead to supply chain or procurement operational effectiveness.
- Maintain focus on effective controls, analytics, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal audit to ensure policies and procedures are aligned as required.
Other Functions:
- Work with internal legal, HR, Accounting, FPA and operational teams and executive management to support CFO on special initiatives as needed.
- Develop applicable metrics and key performance indicators to measure performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams.

- Solid, proven and verifiable record of career stability and project management success.
- Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable accounting and finance systems.
