It is the responsibility of the Virtual Guard Monitoring Analyst to protect commercial and industrial client's property and assets. All duties are performed in accordance with Guardian Alarm policies, practices, and standard operating procedures.

Opening Info:

• Afternoon Shift & Midnight Shift Openings Available

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct video guard tours of client sites
• Remote Video Monitoring using various CCTV platforms
• Report and log all suspicious activity
• Respond to emergency alarms and events
• Diagnose technical issues
• Dispatch authorities as instructed in client standard operating procedures
• Analyze and complete video incident investigations

Experience Required:

• Security/Alarm or Emergency Dispatch Background
• Video Surveillance Working Experience
• Call Center Working Experience

Education Required:

• High School or related
