ProActive Physical Therapy Specialist, is a member of the Confluent Health family of physical therapy and occupational therapy companies. We are looking for a full- time Virtual Care Coordiantor to join our AMAZING team! This will be a remote position with the being Monday- Friday between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

This person will be using a live video stream to remotely greet and check-in patients using a kiosk at the clinic and perform many of the tasks that our front desks perform. They will provide support to the clinic from the comfort of your own home when there is no front desk person present and to provide additional support to the existing front desk personnel in the clinic. If a front desk person is on vacation, out sick, or the clinic is understaffed, this remote position can provide the support when it is needed. We will provide the hardware (computer/monitors) and you provide the high-speed internet connection. Minium high speed internet requirements are 10 MB upload/download.

Responsibilities:

Virtual Care Coordinator Job Summary:
  • Checking Folks In For Daily Appts and initial evaluations
  • Scheduling return visits
  • Capturing Signatures For Sign In Sheets
  • Includes Doing Paperwork either via kiosk or scanning papers filled out in advance at kiosks
  • Taking Credit Card Payments and emailing receipts.
  • Triaging Questions i.e Bathrooms, Where To Go In The Clinic, Direction To In Person CC For Items They Are Handling Still
  • Scanning documents (insurance cards, IDs, prescriptions, etc) and upload to the EMR.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
  • Skill in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public.
  • Must be friendly and enjoys helping others
