Virtual Communications Specialist
Primary Location: Providence, Rhode Island

Hybrid role. 12 month contract.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Virtual Communications Specialist for our premier client in Providence, Rhode Island.

Education and Experience »
Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Expert level knowledge in Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator / Communications expert.

Preferred Skills:

• Communications expert, ideally with Change management.
• Utility Experience.
• Expertise in communications related to Organizational Change / Management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Able to follow a style guide.
• Able to use Teams and SharePoint (understands version control, can work with lists).
• Understanding of principles of layout and design - Role does not require a graphics expert, but someone who makes sure it looks good visually, etc.).
• Taking raw information (bullet points, themes, etc.) and crafting communications.
• Working with subject matter experts to review communications and update them.
• Polishing Word and managing an FAQ list in SharePoint (this would include reviewing questions, working with subject matter experts and updating the answers on the list).
• Other related tasks.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.00 per hour
