About This Opportunity:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and CFO, the VP, International CFO will have overall P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities for InComm’s International Business Organization. They will work with FP&A and business units to develop; budgets, forecasts and review financial models related to new business and renewals. This position will manage accounting leadership for the APAC, Japan, EMEA, Canada and LATAM regions, including 2 controllers, 5 managers and their respective teams. This position has both strategic and tactical objectives. From a strategic perspective, he/she will work closely with the CFO and International Business Leadership, acting as the liaison between the operations needs and the many supporting functions at HQ and worldwide. From a tactical perspective, the VP Finance will be responsible for the review of monthly results, analysis of budget to actual variances and presentation of monthly results to the President and CFO.
Responsibilities:
  • Management of International Finance and Accounting Team.
  • Main point of contact for financial and accounting matters for the International Organization.
  • Maintain effective relationships with the International SVP’s, Regional RVP’s and their Directors to ensure strong communication, support and facilitation with the executive team.
  • Responsible for overall aspects of internal financial reporting.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting process.
  • Participate in annual budget and forecast preparation.
  • Prepare and review financial models associated with new or recurring business.
  • Analyze financial and market trends related to customer and merchant margins.
  • Manage and direct staff enabling staff to develop the appropriate capabilities to meet Company objectives.
  • Manage and direct respective area of responsibilities to fulfill Global annual external statutory audit requirements.
  • Analyze, review and report financial information pertaining to monthly and quarterly close and present financial results to the CFO, President and SVP’s responsible for the International Business Units.
  • Responsible for monthly sign-off of regional and consolidated international financial results.
  • Partner with Corporate Teams (FP&A, Treasury, A/P, A/R, Tax and Financial Reporting), as appropriate.
  • Participate in the development and support of the Company’s strategic plans, annual budget, and forecast.
  • Supports and assists with the internal audit function and ongoing internal control requirements.
  • Implement, and ensure effective and practical implementation of corporate accounting policies.
  • Assists in recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in accounting or finance from four-year accredited college or university
  • 15 years of audit, accounting, and/or financial experience
  • Individuals should be versatile, possessing the skills to influence other business operations and talents to address business issues that arise across multiple groups within the organization.
  • Current, extensive knowledge of accounting standards and internal control processes
  • Knowledge and experience with financial systems and the integration of financial information into the General Ledger.
  • IFRS knowledge
  • CPA Active License a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Adaptive, Blackline and Oracle experience a plus
  • No more than 25% travel
