H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a VTC Technician to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). The VTC Technician will provide support for VTC/AV activities supporting NSWCCD.

The VTC Technician responsibilities will include:

• Providing minor maintenance (e.g. projector filter, lamp, or cable replacement)
• Troubleshooting, repair, installation, and configuration (i.e. replacing broken components with Government-furnished replacements)
• Providing setup and teardown for daily operations and special events
• Assisting with the training of Government personnel
• Assisting with the scheduling of associated resources

Required Education:

• • High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Required Qualifications / Certifications:

• • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in each of the following areas:
    • VTC and A/V equipment operation from multiple manufactures
    • VTC and A/V industry standards
    • WAN technologies, as they apply to VTC operations
    • Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
    • PC operations and technology
  • Possess, or obtain within six (6) months of start date, and maintain Beginner Level Microsoft Operating System certification
  • Possess two (2) years of experience in customer service skills including direct interactions with end users for operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and general knowledge sharing with both experienced and unexperienced end users.
  • Possess two (2) years of knowledge of VoIP / IP VTC systems, software, hardware, and Telecommunications standards.
  • Acceptable customer service skills
