Position Waitstaff
Department-Culinary Service
Hours: Must be available to work day and evening shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in food preparation/ portioning
- Setting tables/ serving meals
- Preparing proper set up for dining room service
- Bussing/stacking dishes
- Assisting cook with plating meals
- Assisting in cleaning dining room/work areas
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic mathematics.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Good customer service skills
- Prior experience in food service, helpful not required, experience in health care or retirement community a plus.
