Revolution Solar is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Mokena team! We are committed to an exceptional customer experience and the highest ethical standards. Revolution Solar seeks an experienced, motivated and organized individual to perform duties as a Warehouse Associate to support and help grow our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain warehouse
• Manage inventory stock
• Prepare inventory for solar installation
• Loading, unloading materials within warehouse and installers trucks
• Assist in delivering inventory to job sites, if needed
• Conduct inventory reconciliation
• Handle incoming and outgoing inventory
• Perform monthly inventory audits and daily cycle counts
• Maintaining a safe and OSHA compliant workplace at all times
• Tracking and management of tasked assignments and leadership requests

Qualifications:

Introductory to Intermediate level experience with Excel

Forklift certification

Able to work early shifts

Valid Driver’s license

1+ year of warehouse experience

Attention to detail and well organized

Able to lift and carry heavy loads

Familiarity with OSHA standards and having an OSHA 10 cert is a plus

Strong communication skills

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
